What is package?

To provide your application on Android Market, each application must have its own unique package name.
If you have your own web site, its URL is good for packagename.
ex. com.yoursite.applicationname

* If you want to change package name of your application, you MUST do this before changing package name.

credit card, PayPal, when you finished your purchase, you will be redirected to "Changing package name". Please specify the package name of your application. If there is application has same package name in Android Market, you can't upload your application. Please give unique name.
ex. com.yourname.yourbrandnameapplicationname

Confirm your package name and click "Next" button.

Again, confirm your package name. If there is no problem, click "OK" button.

* You can change the package name only once. If you want to change the package name again, You must make new application.

Package name changing complete

When you changed the package name successfully, "Distribute to Market(Charged)" button disappears.

Then you can download your application that you can provide to Android Market.
